July brought some new developments in the real estate markets across Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, and London, ON.

GUELPH is experiencing ongoing recovery in demand, with a surge in new listings as more buyers return to the market. However, supply still outpaces demand, keeping the market in buyer’s territory. With more interest rate cuts expected, this could encourage further buyer activity, but it may take time to balance out the elevated inventory levels.
