This client was referred to us after another Realtor had been unsuccessful in selling their property.

When we got there for the first time, it looked as though their agent hadn’t been to the property- there was a birthday party banner on the front door that had been there for months since the tenants vacated.

Fast forward- we had the unit professionally cleaned, mismatched woods stained & come in and stage it beautifully in a style that highlighted the home’s best features. All that, instead of reducing the other agent’s list price & it led to a sale at 96% of asking.

Sometimes the price isn’t the issue on its own. Its price combined with a lack of effort, attention & ex*****on. We’d rather get into the gritty details than skim over them- in this market, everything matters.
