What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing, appraising, and onboarding new residential rental properties for management
- Running property viewings and tenant introductions, and negotiating tenancy terms with confidence
- Advising landlords on market rent, presentation, and letting strategy
- Preparing tenancy agreements in line with the Nova Scotia Residential Tenancies Act
- Conducting tenant referencing and credit checks
- Keeping your CRM and pipeline razor-sharp
- Being the professional, trusted face of our brand with landlords, tenants, and partners
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education
- A genuine drive to generate new business and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort with occasional evenings or Saturdays for viewings (with reasonable notice — we respect your time)
- Willingness to obtain Nova Scotia real estate licensing/registration where required — don't worry, we'll help fund it
- A valid driver's license, with a clean driver’s abstract, and the flexibility to travel around the Halifax Regional Municipality
The Details
- Location: Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia (office-based with local travel)
- Hybrid working environment
- Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening/Saturday viewings
- Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped tiered commission on new business
