FROM THE ARCHIVES: Did you know that Domus has been in the Medical Arts Building on Spring Garden Road since 1989?

When Sandy Rutledge and Gail Morris founded Domus Realty, they were the first to bring the concept of a boutique brokerage to Halifax. While boutique-style brokerages are more common today, Domus Realty was the first of its kind in a time when big brand names were the norm.
