The HRM Real Estate Market is still flying along and busy even in December, Inventory is still very low. One of my poor clients wrote an offer on a home that had 20 offers yesterday, we did not get it.

I am so happy for my buying clients the Guino-o's, who closed on their first home yesterday, first Canadian home, in the Colby area. Where I sell houses for a living I always enjoy watching some of these YouTube videos on tiny homes but more interesting is the unique homes of people built, this one truly has blown me away as I took the man over 25 years to build.
