I am NOT a salesperson. I am a matchmaker, and a marketer.

Something I learned early on about myself in my past sales roles is that I struggled to feel fulfilled if I was expected to push a product or service on someone I didn’t believe could truly benefit from its utility.

What I find so refreshing about Real Estate is that the breadth of options available to me is so rich, and ever changing, that I am almost always able to source a property that is truly right for my buyer client’s and their particular goals. I relish in the opportunity to point out details about homes that I think are going to impede those goals - ESPECIALLY when I know my client may not have noticed these details.

I have no interest in trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. I will not try to sell you every home we see, or try to make it fit when it lacks key "must-have" items.

On the selling side, my goal is to market your home as masterfully as possible. To put you in the position that your home will appeal to, and align with, as many buyer wish-lists as possible. When it comes to prepping your home for market, my goal is to be honest and open about how we can best position your home to appeal to the greatest possible pool of buyers. Some changes and alterations may be necessary to cast your property in the ideal light.

Part of my pledge to you, is to not sugar-coat anything. And to share with you the feedback your home has received, without the omission of details that may be harsh or critical. This is how we adapt and keep you in the best position to see the maximum return on your investment.
