My background is a combination of technical education, communication, marketing, technology, and content creation. I completed a two year diploma in Civil Engineering Technician , which gave me a strong foundation in technical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving. I did not stop learning there. I have continued developing my skills in communication, digital marketing, technology, content creation, and most importantly, understanding people. I have always been curious about how people think, what they value, and what actually influences their decisions.

The Bank of Canada is keeping rates steady for now. šŸ¦

Canadaā€™s economy showed signs of improvement last quarter, with stronger GDP growth, increased consumer spending, and a slight drop in unemployment.

But inflation is still running around 3%, largely due to higher gas and energy prices. New U.S. tariffs and Canadian counter-tariffs are also adding uncertainty and could push costs higher.

For now, the Bank is taking a wait-and-see approach. šŸ‘€
Before the next rate decision, it will be watching inflation, the strength of Canadaā€™s economic recovery, energy prices, and the impact of ongoing trade tensions.

The next announcement is scheduled for October 28, 2026.
