Life isn’t about playing it safe. It’s about taking risks, standing up for what you believe in, and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. If you don’t step outside of it, you never grow—you just stay the same.

My small foray into politics has allowed me to meet incredible people and serve my province, even in a small way. 💙

The other day I was scrolling back through photos from the best day of my life — my wedding 💍🤍 — and realized I barely posted any pictures of the guys who stood beside me.

The 8 groomsmen, my MC, my day ones. The guys who made it unforgettable 🍻🔥

A lot of you probably don’t even know who they are or how we met… so here’s the story 👇

Best Man – Danny Higgs 🤝
Don’t even remember meeting… we were under 3 years old 😂 Always promised we’d be each other’s best men. Some promises just stick.

Stewart Langille 👬
Met in grade 8 or 9. Best friends ever since. We also kind of look alike… depending on who you ask 😅

Nigel Langille 🙌
Same story as his older brother, Stew Baby! So many unreal memories with this beauty.

Oliver Langille (MC) 🎤
The baby Langille we used to pick on just a little bit 😂 He absolutely crushed it as MC.

Chris Landry 🇨🇦
Met on Basic Training in 2006 and then went to UNB together. Brotherhood was built the hard way.

Jimmy Maloney 💪
Also met on Basic. Still best buds to this day. Some friendships are forged, not formed.

Daniel Smith ⛪
Too young to remember meeting — probably Mother’s Club at Moncton Wesleyan Church. 30+ years later and still going strong.

Jonathan Smith 🙏
Dan’s younger brother. Again, way too young to remember meeting… but 32–33 years of friendship says it all.

Adam Robison (AROB) 😂
Met at church, too, believe it or not! Easily one of the funniest guys I know. 25+ years of laughs.

I’ve met some INCREDIBLE friends here in Halifax over the years ❤️ but this is a shoutout to my day ones — the guys who’ve been there since the beginning and stood beside me on the biggest day of my life.

Wouldn’t have been the same without you boys 🍻🤍
