I have been working in the carpentry industry for the better part of my adult working life. From my first job as a carpenter's assistant at Crosby Molasses in Saint John, New Brunswick, to my current position as a self-employed carpenter, I stay busy collaborating with colleagues, and taking on projects alone. From rough framing, all the way to custom furniture. I have moved around a bit and have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of carpenters, wood-workers, cabinet-makers, and furniture-makers. Most recently I spent time in Berlin, Germany, working with a furniture maker who specialized in loft beds and small space solutions.
