📊 Halifax Real Estate Market: 2025 Recap 🏡✨

Here’s a quick snapshot of how our market performed across the HRM in 2025 (MLS® data):

🔹 5,211 homes sold — basically the same as 2024 (+0.5%)
🔹 Average sale price: $598,272 (+4%)
🔹 Average days on market: 36 days (up just 3 days from 2024)
🔹 Inventory: Around 3 months (started the year near 2 months, ending closer to 2.5–3 months)
🔹 Active listings: ~885 homes currently for sale (up from 810 this time last year)
🔹 Big news: Bank of Canada has cut rates by 100 basis points
