Throwback from Christmas 2019, despite our smiles my wife and I were exhausted from the holiday activities that we left the party at 10pm to go home to bed.⁣
⁣
Now that the dust has settled on Christmas Day 2020, I have been able to take some time to reflect on the changes in his holiday compared to the years past. One thing that really stood out was, we have recieved numerous home made sweets, and thoughtful hand made gifts. This has highlighted for me that we are taking more time to do things slowly, reflect and think of the people around us. Cheers to the warm feelings that family and friends bring.

What is the best gift you ever received? For me, it was hands down the electric lego train set I had wanted when I was 10 years old, I remember how much I enjoyed the process of building the train and setting up the tracks. Although it’s been many years, I re-experiencing that feeling during Christmas time.⁣

This year I am excited to take some time with my family and enjoy the 2020 version of Christmas, with some out door gift exchanges and small meals together I hope to look back at Christmas 2020 with fond memories. Anyone else have Christmas memories like this? Comment below I would love to hear them!⁣

I’m Luke and I think choosing a home is more than just choosing the right building to live in, you need to love the community. The schools, the good restaurants, the great hiking trails these are all things that will help you love where you live.  We’ve been working on a fun project to do just that  and then… you know what happened…wave 2 hit and we’re all in a state of semi-lock down again but we didn’t want to wait any longer so here I am, coming to you from my balcony!⁣

Anyone who knows me knows that my arm span is about a 2 meter distance. This new hands off approach in the wake of our current climate has meant our business has had to adapt quickly. Having a home is essential. Wether you are buying or selling, we are lucky to have some great technology we can put in place to do things we thought needed to be done in person previously. It’s taught me that giving my clients innovative solutions allows them a lot more independence to decide how they want their experience to go. ⁣
My team is offering online showings, utilizing products like FaceTime, videos and 3d walk throughs on properties before we take clients into homes. Making it safer for the home owner and our clients while doing our part to keep the community healthy as well.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
