South Village Halifax Offering quality housing in the heart of Halifax's South End, while having access to your favorite boutiques and local eats.

South village, will be located in the heart of the south end where community, unity, and creativity is welcomed. Offering affordable housing, local shops, and an organic feel. Templeton Properties goal is to create a village for the Halifax community. Encompassing the visions and ideas of the local neighborhood they are creating what will be known as "South Village." Through a community collaboration, four primary goals were identified:

· Respect Neighborhood Character
· Incorporate safe, usable public space
· Incorporate long term benefits for the neighborhood
· Support local

We are excited to announce that the South Village will achieve all of these goals. Templeton Properties will created a pedestrian muse that will connect Fenwick Street with South Street. The pedestrian muse will be lined with local boutique shops, art, and lighting. There will be beautiful green landscaping surrounding the entire village with green shrubs, trees and flower. Templeton Properties wants to make the village as welcoming as possible dedicating 10 percent to affordable housing. Come leave your footprint in the South Village, where as a community we can create history.
