This past week, there were 150 sales across HRM, with 42 homes selling over the asking price.
At the same time, there were 116 price reductions.

That usually means one thing:
buyers are still active, but pricing and strategy matter more than ever right now.

In Halifax, I’m seeing well-positioned homes move quickly while overpriced listings are starting to sit longer on the market.
