Here’s what we’re seeing in Hamilton:

🏡 Average sale price is down 4%
📉 Sales are down 8%
⏳ Homes are taking a little longer to sell (36 days vs. 31)
📝 New listings are down 15%
👀 Active listings are down 7%

What does that mean?

For buyers: You may have a little more time to make decisions than you did during the frenzy years, but well-priced homes are still attracting attention.

12 - out showing properties and helping clients narrow down their options. Every viewing brings us one step closer to finding the right fit

1pm - one last visit before closing to ensure everything is as expected and ready for possession. It’s always exciting to see clients just days away from getting the keys to their new home

4pm - wrapping up the day by tidying the kitchen and getting dinner started.
