📊 September 2026 Real Estate Market Update

September’s sales numbers from the Cornerstone Association of REALTORS® show in September, 1,171 homes were sold across the Cornerstone Association of REALTORS® market area. This was an 8.2% decrease from August and 17.8% fewer sales compared to September last year.

There were more new listings in September than in August, giving buyers more homes to choose from. However, new listings were still 18.8% lower than the same time last year.
Home prices remained fairly steady compared to August, and the supply of homes on the market was similar to last year.

What does this mean?

Every neighbourhood is different, and the market continues to adjust. Some areas may be performing differently than others, which is why understanding your local market is important.

I’m truly honoured to be recognized as Top Producer for the month of September.

When I started my real estate journey, I honestly never imagined that I would be recognized as a Top Producer in any month. To have been named Top Producer in May and again in September this year is something I’m incredibly proud of and very grateful for.

For me, it has never been just about the numbers. It’s about showing up, being consistent, working hard, staying prepared, and doing everything I can to go above and beyond for my clients.

I’m truly thankful to every client who has trusted me and given me the opportunity to help them through the process of buying or selling their home. Being invited into such an important and personal chapter of someone’s life is something I never take for granted.

Today is definitely bittersweet.

This has been such a special home, filled with so many wonderful memories over the years. Saying goodbye is never easy, and this one will always hold a special place in my heart.

I’m so grateful to have been part of this journey and to have helped my clients through such a meaningful chapter.
