obby of operating educational bus tours to rustbelt cities. In fact, over the last few years, he has led over 250 people on in-depth tours of Hamilton, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Detroit. Martinus has been heavily engaged in the Hamilton real estate market for over 13 years. For ten of those years, he owned and operated a marketing agency that worked intimately with a variety of clients to brand, launch, and sell a variety of residential and commercial developments. The agency also operated a major annual film festival, a food festival, and grew to publish a leading urban magazine, several specialty print publications, digital properties, and even operate an indoor billboard network. After selling the business, Martinus and his wife, Nina, successfully redeveloped multiple real estate projects in Hamilton. Martinus most recently served as a marketing and communications executive for a major Ontario financial institution before resigning from corporate life to pursue his love of real estate.
