Nothing beats a trip where I get to experience life and work in an undistracted environment.

I’ve spent the last couple of weeks deep in strategy mode, mapping out the next 5-10 year plan. A few highlights:
• Launched a new AI venture. (Will share more about this later)
• Product development is moving FAST and already have paying customers for a beta version
• Real estate acquisitions are staying on track.

It’s amazing what happens when you remove the distractions and just focus on the vision and alignment. We also get to meet with quality friends to gain new perspective on business/investment family and health.

Super grateful for this season and thanks for always being an excellent travel partner ✊

Most people are doing it wrong when it comes to buying properties in the states.

It’s not about finding a place that YOU want to live in eg. Florida, Texas etc. it’s about making a data driven decision

Landlord friendly states
Affordability
Crime rate

Number has to make sense to subsidize your active income (breakeven is no longer an option)

Focus on cash flow, focus on making the money on the buy (built in equity) and don’t hope for appreciation because it’s speculation and your capital will likely be stuck for the next 3-5 years.

Most people won’t admit this, but 2025 was exhausting.

From the outside, things looked fine.
Inside, it felt like everything was being held together by pressure.

The business needed fixing.
Projects weren’t working.
People decisions couldn’t be avoided.

At the same time, we were preparing for a new baby.

I worked every day but I was anxious about timing, capacity, and whether something had to give.

In March, I stopped trying to outrun the problems. I traveled to learn. Sat with better operators and business owners.
Built real relationships through the Property Hustlers community.

Then I made the hardest shift:
I stopped chasing growth.

I cut. Simplified. Went lean.
Protected cash, energy, and family.

Baby was born in September but I already felt more ready.

The last few months weren’t exciting.
They were quiet, stable but full of clarity especially the last month of the year.
And for the first time all year, I felt like I’m not just trying to catch up.

2025 didn’t give me the wins that I wanted to post. However, It gave me clarity I needed which allowed me to plan differently for the new year.

2026 isn’t about scaling a big team.
It’s about optimizing what works and building leaders and I will let the result speak for itself soon.

Grateful for my personal growth and grateful for people who are in this journey with me
