July's numbers tell a story the headlines aren't saying yet: the Hamilton market is quietly stabilizing.
Single-family home prices held nearly flat β the median came in at $750,000, almost identical to July 2025. Inventory is tightening across the board, down nearly 14% year-over-year. And condo and townhouse sales actually rose compared to last year, even as new listings dried up.
Sales volume is still softer than a year ago, and buyers are still negotiating. But the freefall in prices has stopped β at least for now β and the data is pointing toward a more balanced market heading into the fall.
Whether you're thinking about buying or selling, the window to move before conditions shift is open right now.
