But let’s review the things Buyers SHOULDN’T do when looking to purchase a Home. ⬆️
➡️Don’t change jobs while house shopping or even after you purchased. Wait until you at least close on the property before you make the jump.
➡️ Don’t put large items on your line of credit or credit cards ..use them sparingly
➡️Don’t purchase a new car! This could affect your overall financing.
➡️ It’s not wise to skip out on a Home pre inspection or inspection
➡️Don’t NOT consider a property because it’s overpriced. You can watch it reduce in price and jump on it —or just negotiate from the get-go if you really like the property and it hits all your requirements.

With several years of having owned a couple of businesses, I decided it was time to combine my passions and skilled experiences of interior design, staging, housing and helping people. That is when I decided to become a Realtor.
I grew up in the West end of Hamilton, but had moved frequently, so I am quite familiar with Hamilton and the surrounding areas (Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas). Presently, I live on the Stoney Creek/Hamilton Mountain border where I have resided for the last 15 years with my Husband David, 2 Kids (young men!)-Hunter and Ethan, and my wonderful dog, Rambo.
1.Interviewer(Prospective Seller/Buyer):
“Why should we list or buy with You instead on anyone else”
Answer: In regards to listing, not only do I have the vision and marketing skills to ensure that your property will be presented in the best possible light to obtain top dollar, but I also have the negotiating skills thru many years of experience and learned knowledge to ENSURE you obtain top dollar. On the Buying end, my searches and availability for my clients is basically 24/7 to ensure we scout out the best houses/opportunities or deals and am able to direct them into a home that is what their dreams are made of.
2. Interviewer:
“What is your track record with Sales recently”
Answer: Re/Max Escarpment had Sold 44% more units in 2017 compared to our nearest Competitor. So take that figure into account when my Stats show that I Sell 2.9X more units than the average Re/Max Realtor. In addition to that, take into account that I mostly work by Referral. I don’t spend a lot of money marketing MYSELF...Realtors who are “transactional” (in other words--work on marketing business rather than referrals) have to spend a lot of $$ on marketing themselves. I spend a lot of $$ on my CLIENTS..Marketing their Homes to ensure the widest possible range of Buyers. Yes, I’m proud of that. I want to be able to look every Client and state that I have done the BEST possible job, and provided the BEST possible service anyone could hope to receive.
