In Memory of Al Cosentino ( By Sarah Pierssens)
I cannot believe it has come to this. I was with Al until his very last days, still working alongside him on real estate deals. Iโm unbelievably grateful for the time we had together. Since January, while he bravely battled cancer, Iโve been running his business โ an honor I will never take for granted. Al welcomed me into a world I could only dream of being a part of, and I will never forget it.
This was one of the last texts I received from him, and it says everything about who he was:
Are you learning lots?
Mistakes are allowed, just learn from them.
Be aware of your surroundings and stay focused on the end results.
Be the eagle ๐ฆ
watching over the people you care about.
Keep the right attitude.
Always โDo it now.โ
Waiting until tomorrow is too late.
May you take your seat with the real estate gods, get some rest, and know that Iโll continue with everything you taught me.
A very special thank you to Bea and Leah โ Alโs admins for over 13 years โ who were the backbone of his business. They kept everything running when Al needed them most, and always made sure things kept moving forward through it all.
