🎃 Pumpkin Season in Ancaster! 🍂

Nothing says fall quite like a trip to Bennett’s! 🍁🎃

One of my favourite local spots to visit this time of year. Beautiful pumpkins, colourful fall mums, and plenty of autumn charm! And don’t forget to head inside for their delicious baked goods and other goodies! 🥧🍎

Love supporting our local businesses and enjoying everything Ancaster has to offer. 🧡

🏡 September Real Estate Market Update

One region. Four very different market stories.

Hamilton and Haldimand saw fewer sales and lower average prices compared with last September, while Burlington’s average price increased. Niagara North stood out with gains in both home sales and average price.

The takeaway? Your home is not the average. Its value depends on the neighbourhood, property type, condition, updates and recent comparable sales—not one regional statistic.

Swipe through for the latest numbers from:

• Hamilton
• Burlington
• Haldimand County
• Niagara North

Curious what your home may be worth in today’s market? Send me a message for a complimentary, no-obligation Home Value Report tailored to your property and neighbourhood.

🏡 New home loading… in Welland!

One of my favourite parts of new construction? Site visits. 👷‍♀️

There’s something so exciting about walking through a home while it’s being built and watching it go from plans on paper to an actual home.

Every visit, something new has taken shape — walls go up, rooms start to feel real, and you can finally picture how it’s all going to come together.

This one is coming along at Stoneybrook in Welland and I can’t wait to keep sharing the progress! 🏡✨
