Canada just elected another Liberal minority government, and housing was front and centre.

With big promises to ramp up new construction, cut GST on new homes under $1M for first-time buyers, and fast-track approvals, the goal is to make housing more accessible and affordable over the next few years.
But with a minority government, it’s unclear how much will actually get done — and how fast.

I’m curious… does this shift in government change how you feel about the market?

2022 was a whirlwind of a year in my personal life and managing to hit the 100% club despite everything going on is something I’m extremely proud of!

Thank you to my clients as well as friends and family for helping me make this happen.

I can’t believe I’m in my third year of this business already, in that short time I’ve learned a tremendous amount, and I owe so much of that to being surrounded by so many knowledgeable agents and support staff on my team.

I can’t wait to see what the rest of 2023 brings!
