Howdy farmers,
side room update, upgrade bonuses for the stretching angry Mango CBD clone going on 25 days now.
Hung the 4 spectrum UVA to IR panels flush and manageable with 3 ratchets, one at center to balance the hinges slagging. Got them running at 6-7" above the canopy now and was able to angle them nicely. They run super cool since the diodes are spread out over a 23" x 12" board using only a 120w driver on 544 diodes. And because of the spectrum channels not all diodes are always lit and needed so your only running 100w max est of diodes on full bloom+ mode 100%.
I only read 750 PPFD max avg at around 6", but the spread of 750 is wide across the entire board, which is end to end. They are newer non reviewed lights from URBZUE, SR08-120w model #.
The 2x4 is chained in between the 3x3 output on the left providing a gentle constant ideal breeze across the 2x4 hallway and good plant movement. Used one of two intakes from the 4x4 to remove the air quickly as it's coming in luckily. It was fine as is but I put a little fan on the floor for more indirect circulation through the 2x4 to pull some air down and across the floor and pushing back up the side wall towards the outlet on the top right.
If you already have 2 good tents running like this you may not need to buy another inline fan kit, with the cooler lights it runs equal temps to the other canopys, even at the 6" height. I'll get them to 5" by the end of flower for 800+ PPFD. With the high count of far red, IR plus UV diodes you may actuall be getting a 15-25% increase in far red or "Epar" that I'm not seeing in the general 400-700nm PAR meter range.... So 750 maybe closer to 900 est. But well see what the plants say....
The 3x3 mid week 5 smells really loud and overpowering, a bit of fading and then some food for the final stretch of these usually faster flowers, sometimes looking finished by 7 weeks... The 4x4 is in planning and restructure for reveg, seedlings and clones...

Opportunity to try a new highly acclaimed strain Tangerine Truffle Breath by Clone Collectors seed bank here in Canada.
It's got Slurricane lineage which caught my eye and then I read about Beliefs 1000 plant breeding selection process and this cross of his Peanut butter Breath with GG #4 White Truffles.
He then crossed that with some other guys reputable cut of Terple #17, Candu's cut it's called or done by with the Slurricane and Tropicana. It's feminised also so there she goes boys

Mango CBD update,
right back to 12-1 for a re-veg.
Gonna hit er with a soil drench and folair of fresh Aloe Vera gel and Humic:Kelp 5:2. Got some Whole Earth Organics #1 left over still I''ll use along with some Optimize Organics 4-4-4 to restore the soil, and a bit of extra frass for extra nitrogen... Probably some Bokashi Pro Gro balanced in there also for diversity while in a more Redox state with less water demand the next three weeks....
I'm going to take the top few off still after I'm done the 24 hour light cycle going into 12-1. Some growers are saying even 48 hours of light before harvest is a thing... Some say darkness. Science says harvest before mid afternoon sun hits is best.

Howdy fellas!
64 days now into flower into week 9, and time to look at the Trichomes. I don't see any amber colour yet but they are looking good and ready, even around the fresher swells are no clear ones to be found. I may harvest since the plants had it's struggles and getting late. I could prob go another week or so normally but I have no stock of anything or access to a good priced balanced product.
I'll mature the Mango CBD clone I have in flower now properly with a light that has full flowering spectrum with IR and UV if I can get all setup in time...

A May 2026 study found monochromatic red or blue LEDs cut iron and zinc in leafy greens up to 70% versus red-blue light. What growers should check.
