Shahnaz Tehseen AliZai
Shahnaz Tehseen is a dynamic educator, realtor, entrepreneur, and community leader with a lifelong commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and empowerment. With extensive experience in special education, Braille transcription, and language instruction, she has supported diverse learners across Canada and internationally.
As Director/CEO of SHAZ Investments Inc. and a Realtor with RE/MAX Centre, she combines business leadership with deep community impact. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and women’s empowerment, Shahnaz has served in numerous leadership roles across cultural, business, and nonprofit organizations in Ontario.
Her decades of volunteerism, particularly in accessibility services for the visually and hearing impaired, alongside her dedication to multicultural community development, have earned her numerous prestigious awards, including the Order of Hamilton. She continues to inspire through service, education, and inclusive leadership.
