We love seeing these.

Not because testimonials are nice to post, but because every one of them represents a business becoming less dependent on the person who built it.

Less manual work.
Less figuring everything out from scratch.
Less “I’ll just do it myself.”

More systems. More AI doing actual jobs. More time back.

That’s the entire point of The AI Solution.

We’re not teaching people how to play with AI.

We’re helping them install it into the business so it actually carries weight.

And these are the receipts.

If you’re ready to stop being the hardest-working piece of infrastructure in your own company, comment or DM SOLUTION and my team will reach out.

Sometimes the next version of your life doesn’t need more effort.

It needs a switch.

A change in environment.
A different room.
Different conversations.
Enough space to actually hear yourself think again.

I came to The Switch Retreat at Canyon Ranch in Tucson to share what I’m building with AI with an incredible room of high-performing real estate professionals.

But I also came here for me.

To think about what I want the next year to look like.
What I want to build.
What I want to stop carrying.
Where I want to go.
And who I want to become while I’m building all of it.

Because I’ve spent years architecting businesses that require less human dependency.

Maybe the same principle applies to life.

Remove what no longer belongs.
Build around what matters.
And deliberately create the next version.

The switch isn’t something that happens to you.

You flip it.

I think we’ve been measuring AI by the wrong metric.

Everyone wants to know how much faster it can make them work.

I want to know how much of my life it can give me back.

At Canyon Ranch, I built a live command center that pulls together my business, goals, dreams, family, personal obligations and wellness.

Not because I needed another dashboard.

Because I realized I’ve spent years architecting infrastructure for businesses while still keeping parts of my actual LIFE in my head.

And that makes no sense.

AI should know what I’m building at work.

But it should also know what I’m building outside of it.

What matters to me. What I’m neglecting. What I said I wanted. Where my attention is going. Whether the business I built to create freedom is quietly consuming it instead.

That’s where I think this gets really interesting.

The next era of AI isn’t just about replacing tasks.

It’s about building infrastructure around the entire life those tasks were supposed to support.

Your business should require less of you.

Your life should get more of you.

If that’s what you want AI to do for you, comment or DM SOLUTION and my team will show you what we’re building inside The AI Solution.

Real estate agents are barely scratching the surface of what AI can actually run.

Most are using it for captions, emails, and the occasional listing description.

Meanwhile, AI can operate entire parts of your real estate business.

If I were rebuilding a real estate business around AI today, I wouldn’t start with prompts. I’d start by eliminating the jobs that keep requiring a human.

I’d build an external AI brain that knows my business, clients, market, processes, and how I operate.

I’d build a past-client engine that continuously searches my database for people I should be talking to and opportunities I’m currently missing.

I’d build a listing launch machine that takes one new listing and produces the research, positioning, marketing, content, and campaign around it.

I’d build a CMA and listing presentation operator that does the research and preparation before I ever walk into the appointment.

And I’d build a contract-to-close operator that tracks deadlines, documents, communication, and all the administrative chaos between accepted offer and closing.

Because the goal isn’t to become better at using ChatGPT.

The goal is to stop being the human operating system holding your entire business together.

I’ve mapped out 30+ AI workflows across virtually every part of a real estate business.

If Claude keeps hitting its usage limit, the problem might not be Claude.

It might be the way you built the system.

Because apparently we’re out here trying to build autonomous companies while running Claude like one enormous group chat that started in February and contains the entire history of the corporation.

No wonder she needs a nap.

A few changes make a massive difference:

Stop using one never-ending chat for everything.

Put repeat context, SOPs, brand information, processes and company documents inside Projects.

Stop using maximum intelligence for minimum-intelligence jobs. Opus does not need to be summoned from the heavens to rewrite an email.

Turn off tools, connectors and research capabilities when the task doesn’t need them.

And stop using Cowork when regular Chat can do the job.

Chat is your assistant.

Cowork is your operator.

You wouldn’t send your COO downstairs to grab the Uber Eats order. Same principle.

AI infrastructure is not just about what AI can do.

It’s about architecting the system so it can keep doing it without wasting context, tokens and compute on work that doesn’t require them.

Because if your “autonomous” business stops operating every time Claude hits its limit, you have not eliminated the dependency.

You just moved it.

Comment or DM me SOLUTION if you want to learn how we actually architect AI into businesses instead of collecting a giant pile of AI tools.

Three years ago, we were teaching prompt engineering.

Today, we’re building fully autonomous AI agents with our clients in minutes.

That sentence alone is absolutely insane.

This month, The AI Solution turns THREE. 🥂🎂

And I don’t think there could be a more appropriate anniversary post than a completely AI-generated video of my AI twin blowing out our birthday candles and popping ch*****ne.

Because three years ago, none of this looked like this.

AI has moved at a ridiculous speed.

And so have we.

We went from teaching people how to talk to AI…

To architecting entire businesses around it.

AI agents that execute.
Systems that make decisions.
Infrastructure that removes bottlenecks.
Businesses that stop depending on the owner being available for every single damn thing.

We’ve rebuilt The AI Solution over and over because the technology refuses to sit still, and neither do we.

But the part I’m most proud of isn’t the technology.

It’s our clients.

The people who trusted us when this was an idea.

The people who implemented it, referred their friends, sent their teams, came back for more, and helped take The AI Solution from ZERO to multiple six figures per month.

That growth came from trust and referrals.

And I will never take either of those lightly.

But my favorite part is watching what happens on the other side.

Watching someone who was exhausted by their own business suddenly get excited about it again.

Watching the bottlenecks disappear.

Watching them realize they don’t need another employee, another VA, another complicated system, or another 14-hour day.

They need better architecture.

That’s what The AI Solution has become.

Three years ago, we taught prompts.

Today, we build operators.

And if this is what happened in the first three years…

I genuinely cannot imagine what the next three are going to look like.

Happy 3rd birthday to The AI Solution. 🥂

And thank you to every single client who trusted us enough to build with us.

We’re just getting started.

Everyone talks about escaping the hustle.

But then they build a business that needs them for every decision, every sale, every follow-up, every approval, every tiny fire that apparently requires the CEO personally holding the extinguisher.

That’s not freedom.

That’s a job with your name on the incorporation papers.

I stopped trying to become more productive and started engineering the dependency out.

AI handles more of the ex*****on.
Systems handle more of the decisions.
Automation handles more of the repetition.

And I get to own the architecture instead of being trapped inside it.

Because the goal isn’t to become incredibly efficient at doing everything yourself.

The goal is to build a business that stops depending on you to survive.

Comment SOLUTION if you’re ready to build that kind of business.

I used to think being needed by my business was proof I built something successful.

Turns out, I had just built myself a very expensive job.

Every decision came through me.
Every problem found me.
Every approval waited for me.
And somehow “being the CEO” had become doing 47 jobs while everyone asked me quick questions.

The shift happened when I stopped asking, “How can I get more done?”

And started asking, “Why am I doing this at all?”

That changed everything.

I started installing AI infrastructure that could think through processes, execute repetitive work, answer questions, manage information, and keep things moving without waiting for me.

Because the goal was never to become more productive inside my business.

The goal was to build a business that didn’t require my constant presence to function.

If your company needs you involved in everything, you don’t own infrastructure yet.

You are the infrastructure.

Comment or DM me SOLUTION if you’re ready to change that.
