There are neighbours but we are in a bay accessed through a quiet, treed, private road. Getting Around
Three parking spaces available (two spots suitable for SUV/Vans and one for a smaller vehicle). Rice Lake has one of the quickest commute times from the GTA to cottage country. With options such as highways 401, 407 ETR and Taunton Road, you will be on the dock relaxing while others headed north will be stuck in traffic.
20 minutes from Warkworth and Hastings (gas, grocery store, Hasty Market, LCBO, Beer Store, RBC, Subway, Banjo's and more). 30 from Campbellford and Cobourg. 40 minutes from Port Hope and Brighton. 10 from Red Barn grocery store (LCBO and Beer Store inside). Other nearby towns include Campbellford and Keene. Other Things to Note
This is a waterfront property. Please be responsible around the lake. Please drink and cook with bottled water. No pets, no smoking indoors or on the boathouse deck and no fireworks.
