We just wanted to take a moment to thank our clients, colleagues and Realtors we work with for being understanding as we are currently not taking on clients as we assist BC wildfire service with the wildfires burning in Northern BC. We will be accepting clients and booking Inspections for the week of June 23 and on unless we get demobilized sooner. Thank you again everyone

So we got an email today saying we have been ranked the top rated home inspection company out of 34 property inspection and environmental testing companies that were scored for the Barriere area. Heres a couple recent photos from a couple different inspections. Lack of ventilation in this attic on top of a large section of metal roofing with no underlay is likely what contributed to this organic growth. Then the last photo was a furnace B-vent in a home with no carbon monoxide detectors. Yikes!
