Project Update: Major progress on Pine Beach! 🚜💥

We’re taking you behind the scenes of one of our biggest transformations yet!

Here’s what we’ve cleared so far:
🧹 Cleaned out piles of debris and old materials (and sold most of it to be reused!)
🏗️ Completely removed the collapsed back garage
🪵 Cleared out tons of wood and opened up the entire backyard

Next step? The main house is coming down soon, and if the foundation checks out, we’ll be building fresh on a clean, level property.

JULY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The Greater Toronto Area housing market became more competitive in July as new listings declined more sharply than sales. With buyers competing for a larger share of available homes, market conditions continued to tighten, which could help support greater price stability in the months ahead.

Here's a little breakdown:

• Home sales were 0.9% lower than a year ago.
• There were 17.8% fewer homes listed than last July.
• The average price for all home types was $1,003,956.
