Welcome to the Larch house - a getaway cabin in Sunshine Valley, BC

Last year I finally got to hike Mount Frosty to see the golden larches at Manning Park and it was incredible! It is a long (7 hour) but beautiful hike, with stunning views. The larches start to turn from the end of September/early October - 100% recommend.

Our cabin is a 40 minute drive from Manning Park and we still have some availability, check our bio for the Airbnb Canada and tick this off your bucket list! 🍂

It might have been a rainy start to the long weekend but it was perfect weather to explore more trails around Sunshine Valley. Approximately 40 min ride to Silvertip (an old ski resort), go a little further past the ski lifts and you reach a beautiful lake with seasonal waterfalls - a perfect ride! Happy BC day!

Exploring the ATV trails in Sunshine Valley, what a stunning day! We rode Lion King, approximately 2.5 hours round trip with a few stops to admire the views and climb pride rock 🦁

Ski season isn’t over yet! We headed to Manning Park for some family friendly fun on the slopes - it was perfect conditions and no line ups. Just a 40 minute drive from the cabin - there’s still several weeks of ski season left (including spring break), what are you waiting for?

December 1st - the first dusting of snow this week and it’s starting to feel very Christmassy. There are so many fun Christmas events and places to check out in the Fraser Valley over the holidays, or just stay in, get cozy and relax.
