If you come to the end of Lillian Lane in Boulder Ridge it will bring you to the stunning Rails to Trails. You take a left and walk for 10 minutes and will find yourself in the Hubbards core and steps to the Hubbards Barn. 👌

Hi friends! We would love to have your help deciding on the design of the Boulder Ridge sign at the front of the subdivision. This is something we have been stuck on for far too long so now you are in charge!

Common question: How close is Boulder Ridge to Exit 6 on the 103 Highway? We clocked it at 1 min 7 secs. We would say as close as you can get and still be surrounded by nature.

I’m convinced that everyone in the East Coast has a collection of seaglass and random shells sitting somewhere in their house (or still in your pockets.) St. Margaret’s Bay has over 20 stunning beaches which means endless beach combing and treasure hunting.

This is our grandmother, Lillian and we are so proud to name the street after her. She spent her childhood summers picking blueberries in the hills of Boulder Ridge and when we see the sunsets over the landscape, we feel her with us. This is not just a housing development for us, it is an extension of our family history. Everyone who knew our grandma tells us how happy she would be knowing that the land that was hers is now the place where young families are planting their roots to begin their family stories.
