Proud Mom Moment ❤️

About four years ago, someone did something kind for our family. So that same day, We were out for lunch when we decided to pay that kindness forward by buying dessert for a random family before we paid our bill.

About a month later, we went back to the same restaurant and our waitress told us something that completely warmed our hearts, after we left that day, seven more tables had done the exact same thing. One small act of kindness created a ripple effect we never expected.

Tonight, while out for dinner, my girls and I decided to do it again. We quietly bought dessert for an elderly couple sitting behind us. We didn’t do it for recognition or thanks, simply because kindness matters.

One of the most important lessons I try to teach my girls is that kindness costs very little but can mean absolutely everything to someone else. The world can always use a little more compassion, generosity, and thoughtfulness.

I’m so proud of the young women they are becoming and the big hearts they have.

You never know how far one small act of kindness can go, hopefully this couple enjoyed their surprise and pays it forward one day for someone else 💕

A wise woman ( ) once said, “No matter what kind of day you’re having, be grateful for one thing in your life.”

Those words have stuck with me.

Some days are amazing. Some days are stressful. Some days feel like you’re juggling a hundred things at once and wondering if you’re doing any of them well. Some days are spent in tears, But no matter what kind of day it is, there is always something to be grateful for.

I may not have the biggest house, but I have a home filled with love, laughter, memories, and the people who mean the most to me.

I may not have the most money, but I have enough to provide for my family, put food on the table, and enjoy the little things that truly matter.

I may not have the highest sales, but I get to wake up every day and do a job I genuinely love, helping amazing people through some of the biggest moments of their lives.

I may not have the most friends, but I am blessed with a small circle of incredible people who support me, encourage me, laugh with me, and stand beside me through life’s ups and downs.

The older I get, the more I realize that happiness isn’t found in having the most, it’s found in appreciating what you already have.
And if I’m being completely honest, on the days when gratitude is a little harder to find, I can also be grateful that there’s a glass of wine waiting for me at home. 😂

Today, I’m choosing gratitude.

Sometimes the best afternoons are the ones spent slowing down, catching up, and enjoying some much needed self-care. 💕

This afternoon was filled with great conversation, fresh pedicures, and the most amazing massage. Exactly what we didn’t know we needed!

A huge thank you to our boss gal for treating us to such a fun and relaxing afternoon. Your thoughtfulness and generosity never go unnoticed. We are incredibly lucky, grateful, and thankful to be part of such an amazing office.
