While acting sole as a mortgage agent, he would refer his clients to various real estate agents in order for them to receive help in finding a home, however he never found an agent that took care of his clients the way he felt they deserved. This spurred Victor to then reach out to become licensed as a Real Estate agent as well, thus insuring his clients would receive the friendly and efficient service they deserve!
