On Saturday, July 18th, I will be heading to jail in support of the Summit Youth Centre’s Jail-n-Bail fundraiser. This event will be a part of the Valley Appreciation Day, downtown Invermere, on Main Street.

The Summit Youth Centre is a drop-in Centre that provides young people with a safe, supervised space where they feel included and valued in their community. The Summit Youth Centre prides itself in offering dynamic programming and qualified staff that are invested in the well-being of our community’s youth.

The Summit Youth Centre encourages youth to become active members in the community. Whether choosing to volunteer at community events or offering friendship to another youth struggling with some of life’s challenges. Summit Youth Centre is committed to celebrating the potential of each individual.

My personal goal is to raise $2500 and i will match every dollar to that amount. Thats $5000!

Pledges can be made by cash, cheque, or online via the link provided. We can also accept credit card donations on the day of the event. All funds raised will go directly to the Summit Youth Centre. The Youth Centre has been providing a safe and supervised space for youth for 30 years.

This event helps keep the doors open.
