• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely with tools and equipment
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation

*Parking Lot Clean-Up Notice*

Northview is working to keep our parking lots clean, clear, safe, and organized for our tenants and residents.

We know that parking is a challenge in Iqaluit. Every year, more vehicles arrive in the community, and unfortunately, many derelict or unused vehicles remain parked on properties for extended periods. This creates challenges for snow clearing, garbage collection, emergency access, tenant parking, and the overall appearance and safety of our properties.

Over the coming weeks, Northview will be increasing efforts to monitor and enforce:

- Unauthorized vehicles parked in Northview lots
- Derelict, unregistered, or inoperable vehicles
- Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas
- Materials, equipment, garbage, or personal items stored in parking lots

Where required, Northview will be taking action in accordance with our leases and applicable City of Iqaluit bylaws.

We kindly ask for the cooperation of our tenants and the general public. Please help us by removing derelict vehicles, avoiding parking in Northview lots unless you are an authorized tenant or visitor, and removing any materials or items that do not belong in parking areas.

Our goal is not to create unnecessary hardship. Our goal is to make our properties safer, cleaner, and better organized for the people who live there.
