Where would my life be without amazing friends like Jordon Matthew Surina and Stacey French?

As you all know, all my sales are incredibly special to me because I get to be a part of such a fun adventure.

So To the dope people mentioned above, thank you for sticking with me and allowing me to help throughout the journey.

When they both found this house and we went there, they knew it had to be theirs.

Even though there were a lot of ups and downs, as they’re generally are through any sales process, I cannot believe how they made their dreams a reality,

For me and my friends, this beautiful property will now be called 7 Feathers because it has so much meaning to the family.

Jordon and his beautiful family have def been through some battles the last couple years and i’m beyond honoured.

for those that don’t know, I have known Jordon since high school and he, his family and friends have been super supportive of me in the past no matter what I was up to and for that I’m always grateful

Please meet Sonya and Ted, two absolute beauty’s

Believe it or not I meant these two at ZWGMC back when I sold them a vehicle and they’ve been following my real estate adventures for years on Facebook.

These two thoughtful individuals are just like you. normal humans, that are fun, super caring and they absolutely loving humans who are off on a new adventure.

When they welcomed me into their house, I didn’t know what to expect and what I found out was absolutely amazing.

I was so honoured they chose me and my wacky antics to help guide them and I just want to shout to the world how amazing they were.

Who is my ideal clientele you might ask??? They are a lot like you my friends, they are just like us, quirky, sweet and looking for an easier and more affordable life.

As I sit on the bench at Pioneer Park, reflecting on life, I can’t help but feel incredibly thankful for the amazing people who have surrounded me on this journey.

From all walks of life, young and old, each of you that has supported me in ways I can’t fully express.

Thank you for being there.

Some might wonder how someone like Megan continues to support me, especially with some of the things that come out of my mouth.

The truth is, my success and the best part of my story actually comes from being authentic and not pretending to be someone I’m not.

I encourage all my friends to embrace this same freedom as it’s truly liberating and i feel that’s also my friend Megan

For those who don’t know, I’ve known “Meggan” since she was just 16. (she’s gonna hate that I spelt her name wrong multiple times and I bet she corrects me throughout this post.) 

We met at Converges, and she has been my friend through thick and thin with lots of funny story’s

I am so grateful for our friendship, which has stood the test of time over a decade and a half now, maybe longer my math sucks.

We’ve shared so many different chapters of our lives, always finding our way back to each other, proving that life’s excuses can’t keep true friends apart.(i’m so lucky to have a lot of friends like that.) ❤️🥰

I have learned some things about Losing a family member or friend and it is one of the toughest experiences many of us face, and it can be hard to navigate those emotions.

Reggie and I have been friends for quite some time now, and honestly, I can’t even remember how we first met, maybe he can help jog my memory, especially with how my brain has been lately!

I wanted to take a moment to give a heartfelt congratulations to my friend Ryan for reaching out to me when the time was just right.

Believe it or not, Ryan and I have been friends for quite a while.

While we haven't always been super tight, I’m genuinely happy to say he’s a fantastic friend.

Ryan has been an incredible supporter of my business, so when he reached out, I knew I had to be there for him and his unique situation.

We’ve shared more than a few good times at Scotch Creek, and I’ve been lucky enough to spend some quality moments with him throughout this process.

What stands out most is the quality respect and kindness Ryan has shown.

Now, let’s talk about the real estate market for a second,

it's quite the comedy show, isn’t it?
