Here is a quick Kamloops market update for July, a bit of a snapshot for all of the Kamloops and District.
Homes and townhomes are still moving, most sold in under two months, while condos are sitting a little longer, so pricing them right is key.
Sahali, Aberdeen, Brocklehurst and South Kamloops were the busiest spots in the district this month.

This has never happened to me or any of my friends so freaking quickly, especially in this market which isn’t easy.
