SPRING HOME MAINTENANCE TIPS!🏡💡Here are a few simple but important DIY home maintenance tips to take care of this spring in your home:

✅️ Replace your furnace filter

✅️ Install new batteries in smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detectors (annually) & test & dust all detectors. This should be done every season

✅️ Check fire extinguishers—at least once a month

✅️ Remove debris and gunk from the top and exterior parts of your outdoor air conditioning units

✅️ Schedule air conditioning inspection

✅️ Adjust your thermostat to welcome the warmer weather

✅️ Check out your sump pump. A sump pump needs to be regularly monitored to make sure it will do its job when needed. Clear away debris to avoid blockages.

✅️ Clean kitchen exhaust hood & filter

✅️ Vacuum refrigerator coils/dust clean under and around appliances

✅️ Repair/replace damaged window screens
