Thompson Landing on Royal, Kamloops’ newest premier waterfront development set on the shores of the Thompson River, has opened the doors of its Show Suite, welcoming the community to learn about the 64-unit condo development, now under construction.

“We started pre-sales in early November and have already sold 17 units which represents 27% of the units of our project,” stated Joshua Knaak, Partner with ARPA Investments.

The REALTOR® of the project is Brendan Shaw of Brendan Shaw Real Estate. The Thompson Landing on Royal Show Suite will be open by appointment only, and Shaw encourages people to connect with him at 778.471.1498.
