New owners will be getting the keys to this beautiful Westsyde home this week. 816 Alpine Terrace went under contract before I even shared this listing video created by the oh so talented Nate Myhr from Havenhouse Studio

This quick sale was a collaboration of 3 equally important things:

- Smart renovations to the home: My sellers listened to my advice about what to update and replace in the home, which included a fresh coat of neutral paint through most of the home, new flooring in one bedroom that had very worn old carpet, and a new hot water tank to replace the 10+ year old one (a red flag for home insurance). They were amazing in doing what needed to be done to sell quickly and it paid off.
