Grateful for the little things. 🤍

It’s been a few weeks of working with Nicole, or “my sweet Nicoletta” as I prefer to call her daily. Still unsure if she approves of the nickname, but we’re rolling with it.

Having her in my office with me has given me a little more room to breathe. A little more time to slow down. A little more time with Joey. And a few more much needed mental health walks.

It’s been a busy year in real estate, and unfortunately I’m really good at putting work first and myself somewhere way down the line.

Heading into July, I was burnt out and honestly just trying to keep it together. I’m pretty sure I drove to work the Sunday before Nicole started in tears because I was so overwhelmed and tired.

This morning, Joey and I went for a mini hike before work. And knowing I have help in the office, and that I don’t have to skip these little moments for myself anymore, has been huge.
