Proposed development at 2550 Ord Road, Kamloops, B.C. pending rezoning.

REZONING UPDATE*** Our intention was to seek approval to rezone the current parcel of land to RM4 (Multi-Family 4 – medium-high density). After the public hearing, City Council voted in favour of our rezoning application.

By rezoning this property, we have the opportunity to develop this parcel of land to potentially provide for additional multi-family housing to add to the city’s housing availability, increasing the overall community housing supply.

Nestled within the rugged terrain of Ord Road is a parcel of land we would like to rezone to develop a beautiful, private, and serene new area of housing.

Our intention is to seek approval to rezone the current parcel of land to RM4 (Multi-Family 4 – medium-high density). By rezoning this property, the opportunity to develop this parcel of land would provide for additional multi-family housing to add to the city’s housing availability, increasing the overall community housing supply.
