The Kamloops real estate market remained active through May, with overall residential sales showing continued strength despite softer inventory levels and mixed results across individual property types.

The detached housing market continues to demonstrate stability and resilience.

Strong sales activity combined with moderate inventory levels continues to support pricing across most Kamloops neighbourhoods.

Market Outlook
Kamloops remains in a relatively balanced market environment. Detached homes continue to perform well, while increased townhouse inventory is creating additional opportunities for buyers. Condominium sales have strengthened, reflecting continued demand for affordable housing options.
With new listings declining and inventory remaining manageable, pricing is expected to remain generally stable through the summer market, particularly in desirable neighbourhoods such as Aberdeen, Juniper Ridge, Batchelor Heights, Sun Rivers, Dufferin, and Sahali.
