The Kamloops are real estate market remained steady in July, with sales activity staying close to last year’s levels despite continued challenges with inventory. With demand continuing to outpace available supply, the market is showing signs of stability and a sustainable pace 🏡.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 1.6% fewer than a year before.
• There were 10.6% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
• The benchmark price for single-family homes was $684,000.
