If you’re considering relocating to Kamloops, there are a few things worth knowing as a buyer.
Kamloops has a lot going for it, especially the sunshine and lifestyle…so your home search should really match how you want to live.
•Neighbourhoods are a big one. They vary a lot here depending on lifestyle, home styles, schools, commute, and what you like to do day-to-day.

•Pools, we definitely get the heat, so they’re popular. But not every area can accommodate one unless it’s specially engineered, because of the silt in certain parts of the city.
•Parking is another thing people don’t always think about. Some areas are much better than others, especially if you’ve got extra vehicles, work trucks, or need space for a home-based business.
It’s honestly hard not to love Kamloops, tons of sunshine, great lifestyle, and still has that strong community feel.
