Short term rentals are back but we have A TON OF SUPPLY. Here are 4 rules for buying a condo this fall:

1. Go big: We’re seeing lots of new builds go small. Choosing a little extra space widens your resale options. Plus you might enjoy the room more than you expect.
2. Buy something rare: A view, corner unit, big patio, or top floor? Seek out features that are scarce in the current inventory.
3. Score a deal: Aim for a seller who’s owned the unit awhile and isn’t passing infalted costs of past markets onto you.
4. Think long term: Love where you live & plan to hold 5–10+ years if speculation is important to you.
