🏡 Ready to take your real estate business to new heights in 2023?

🚀 Here are some tips to help you achieve success this year:

1️⃣ Focus on your online presence. In today's digital age, having a strong online presence is essential. This includes your website, social media and online marketing.

2️⃣ Expand your network. The more people you know, the more opportunities you'll have to grow your business. Attend industry events, join professional associations, and collaborate with other real estate agents.

3️⃣ Provide excellent customer service. Happy clients are the key to a successful real estate business. Put your client’s needs first, provide timely and clear communication, and go above and beyond.

4️⃣ Stay up to date on industry trends. The real estate industry is evolving, so it's important to stay informed. Attend training sessions, read industry publications, and seek out mentorship opportunities.

With these tips in mind, you'll be well on your way to growing your real estate business in 2023. 🎉

With a passion for the outdoors no matter the season, Ashley and her family split their time between their home in the Vernon/Coldstream area and at Silver Star Mountain Resort. ❄

Let us introduce you to Ryan Gagno the newest member of the Okanagan Masterminds!

Ryan’s lived in the Okanagan for 12 years and understands first-hand the different neighborhoods that make up the local housing market. He first found his passion for real estate while working in the construction industry.

During his school career he played for the Okanagan Hockey Academy, later on going to play competitive JR hockey. In his spare time he enjoys golf, hockey and anything else that lets him enjoy the beautiful outdoors of the Okanagan.

He’s thrilled to be part of the real estate community as it is a career focused on helping people find a place to call home and building relationships along the way. He will guide his clients through the home buying and selling process to ensure their needs are met while having their best interests as my top priority.

Meet one of the Okanagan Masterminds Giada! 🙋🏼‍♀️

Giada grew up in Italy and came to Canada in 2017 after meeting her husband Kale while traveling South East Asia.

She settled in Vancouver but soon fell in love with the Okanagan lifestyle as it reminded her of home. Sunshine, beach, and wine were all she needed to “Create a life you don’t need a vacation from”.

Moving to a different country and having to learn a new language was full of challenges and adversities, but she never gave up on her goals and dreams and she’s proud of the growth that came from it.

“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it”.

Giada is an incredible addition to our organization and loves to help others. She’s up for anything and always eager to learn!
