Certain pre-2024 multi-unit buildings in Kelowna are now being considered for STR exemptions (with strata approval).

Translation:
-Short-term rentals aren’t gone.
-They’re being re-organized.

And the investors who understand timing + readiness will be positioned to step in early while others wait for headlines to tell them what to do.🔥
