Currently sitting at a touristy spot, but still thinking about work, about a deal where I have helped a buyer purchase a place that was listed on the market for years, slowly dropping the price, following the downward market trend.

I swear deals always happen when I go on holiday… maybe I should travel more often.

SOLD - Happy to help my buyer secure a lovely condo at Moguls in Big White, AND help my seller successfully sell their co-op unit in Peachland.

To celebrate, we tried our first alpaca dish tonight. My strategy when any work related emails come in while travelling: find a great restaurant, order something fancy… and Alyssa naturally leaves me alone for a bit. 😄
