Your washing machine can cause a lot of damage from one small leak. 💧

One simple preventative upgrade?
👉 A drain pan underneath your washer.

Especially on upper floors, a properly installed pan can help catch leaks and, when connected to a drain, direct water away before it damages flooring, ceilings or finished spaces below.

It’s cheap protection for a potentially very expensive problem.

𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠… 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 😂

A while back, A Buyer’s Choice put together this video about my journey — the standards I try to bring to every inspection, whether it’s a condo or a massive project, and a little bit about what goes on behind the scenes to make it all possible.

Watching it back now hits a little different.

There’s a lot of long days and hard work that people see, but there’s also a family at home — and an incredible spouse — that gives me the support and freedom to chase this thing as hard as I do.

Pretty cool reminder of how far we’ve come… and how much further I still want to take it.
