I stopped at Mizu Japanese restaurant yesterday for a delish quick lunch and wanted to share a big thank you to the mother and young daughter dressed in pink who were sitting near me.

After they left, the server came over to let me know that the mother had paid for my lunch! Your kind gesture truly made my day and set a wonderful tone for the Thanksgiving weekend. I will definitely be paying it forward.

Weekly Stats single family residential Snapshot for Kelowna & area. In comparison to the previous week September 21st - September 28th, listing inventory remains consistent. Sales experienced a slight decrease showing a minor cooling in buyer activity. Expired listings saw a significant surge from 26 to 152, suggesting that a larger number of properties aren't selling. A notable number of listings were withdrawn or cancelled which may be to the seasonal market or shifting seller strategies.
