Say yes more often. Learn about something that you have no idea about. Get outside of your bubble.

I had the chance to be apart of , learn about the industry and how to walk the runway from and just enter an alter ego in order to perform.

Going this far out of my comfort zone makes doing everyday things while I work so much easier. I’m on camera more, I speak more freely and effortlessly and get to build an online presence with much more ease.

All while having a good time doing it.

Ps. The connections you make are unbelievable. I even poached the man that’s behind the lense to do my real estate photography. Bringing a whole new perspective to the art of realestate marketing.

Buyers market or not, it is still hard for a first-time home buyer. Shopping for a $450,000 2-bedroom condo in the Lower Mission or Glenmore, the units get scooped up quickly.
As I am taking a new client through the "Market Education" phase of our search, all four units I want to show my client have accepted offers.
This shows my client the value of going through this phase and builds trust in our relationship when I tell them that once we see a unit that hits the market that checks all the boxes, we need to schedule a viewing right away and be prepared to present an offer the same day.
